Due to their complicated bureaucracy, PDSI sometimes got problems when charging the accommodation fees to PDC. This thing can happen because they usually request it urgently and need a fast response. That’s why a lot of the process is sometimes missed and causes PDSI didn’t get a complete document for the accommodation fees from PDC.
We design a system that can be used by these two companies and making PDC’s team easier for requesting their accommodation needs. The PDSI’ team can also follow up on their request easier than before. Their documents can also be attached and automatically generated in this system.
