Before using the CMS-based website & mobile application, United Tractors was facing some difficulties maintaining the operational procedure on their yard such as listing details of heavy equipment, tracking work duration & tracking consumption products that needed (oil, hand gloves, paint, etc). They do everything manually with paperwork and a checklist. After that, they still need to type up the documents for their digital databases as well. This method isn’t quite working effectively for their overall operation.
United Tractors decided to look for a vendor to help them with these issues, and luckily, Eannovate is the vendor that United Tractors entrusted with this E-Field project.
Eannovate started with studying the flow and operation steps that they have and learning about the SOP from the team who were involved in the manual maintenance and listing procedure at the yard. After that, we tried to assemble a more optimal flow to use and make the new SOP. That’s why after using our e-Field services, their yard operational procedure is working more effectively, & easy to use with the CMS-based website and mobile application. With this solution, the team didn’t have to write the maintenance details manually and typing up again for the digital databases.
With our e-Field services, United Tractors can distribute every task by a week before & their actual duration for each task is being more efficient and always stored in databases. Their data also synchronized with their SAP and operational core from United Tractors.
